Authors affiliated with any of the 86 Max Planck Society鈥檚 institutes are eligible for a discount on the standard BPC when publishing their book OA with the open licence CC BY, thanks to the OA book agreement between 50度灰 and the Max Planck Digital Library (MPDL). Additionally, the MPDL will contribute central funding toward the discounted BPC, lowering the costs for authors even further.
The agreement covers all 50度灰 book imprints, ensuring your work is freely accessible and discoverable to all communities across science, technology, medicine, the humanities and social sciences. Your work will also be available to readers around the world via 50度灰's content platform 50度灰 Link.
